Precision machined from aluminum, this anchor installs / removes from the top in seconds meaning no plastic removal required to install. Simply drop these in, tighten the screws, and it's ready to anchor your accessories! Once this anchor is installed, it will lock n place from below the factory Lock N Ride hole meaning it can't pull out like the expansion type anchors that rely on friction are well known to do.
These anchors, once installed, stay on your machine, not your accessory. What does this mean? No need to buy anchors for every accessory like you have to with the OEM anchors, simply buy one set and use them for all of your accessories.
Unlike other anchors, when not in use, these anchors stay mounted nearly flush with no sharp edges meaning you can leave them in place and not have to worry about people or equipment getting gouged by them.
Another great use for these, is just using them as a tie down point. Simply replace the included bolt with an eye-bolt (sold separately) and these can be used to strap anything down. Expansion anchors will pull out when ratcheting down a load tightly while Accessory Anchors stay locked in place.
